Super PAP Pen provides a water-repellent barrier around tissue sections when a circle is drawn on glass slides.Thisbarrier retains reagents withinthe defined area and ensures that onlythe mount of reagent needed for sufficient reaction is used. Therefore Super PAP Pen reduces reagent waste. Multiple sections, separated by individual Super PAP Pen circular barriers, can be applied to the same glass slide, easily processed,andcompared.
